Booking Conditions

Due to the intimate nature of riads, we kindly ask that you follow our house rules so as to respect other guests:

• Quiet hours from 23h00 until 08h00.

• No pool use allowed during quiet hours.

• No jumping, diving, cannonballs, splashing in the pool or running around the pool.

• No glass in the pool.

• Smoking allowed only on the terrace - we reserve the right to charge a 2500 dirham minimum fine if this policy is violated.

• No guests allowed under 16 years old.

• In order to minimize our environmental impact, a change of towels and bed linens is not included for stays less than 7 nights. If you would like them changed, a 50 dirham fee will apply.

• Any henna stains will be charged to guests accordingly. If you get henna, please make sure it is completely dry before using any sheets/towels.

• Due to Moroccan law, Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in.

• All extras (city tax, transfers, excursions, dinners, etc.) must be paid in cash upon departure. Payment of the room by credit card will be calculated at an 11 dirham to 1 EUR rate.
